Hi ,Is the light strong enough to up a tall palm tree approx 3 stories ?
A:
We rate these as covering about 5 sq/m per spotlight. So may not be bright enough to light up the very top of the tree when placed on the ground. You can mouth the lights mid-way up the tree to help this. Sorry, we do not have a firm answer here, but check out our reviews as we have had some great feedback on lighting up palms and other feature trees.

Is the sensor on the light or on the solar panel? Can you leave them on all the time (disable the sensor)?
A:
It's on the light, no, however they will switch on as soon as it is dark and stay on as long as they have charge until it becomes light again.

Where is the switch? If the switch is on light, Is there a way to add a switch for easy access. I.e. between panel and light? Cheers
A:
There is an on/off button on the back of the solar panel, however you only need to turn this on initially and then the lights automatically come on when it starts to get dark (it has a day/night sensor, so you don't need to turn on/off manually).

Purchased Jan 2024. Used in garden to illuminate two separate 1 meter tall ceramic figurines. Excellent illumination for at least 8 hours at night. The intensity of illumination is good for feature items.
