Q:
How well does it cope with our harsh UV? I want to place it on our deck which is fully in the sun and gets very hot.
A:
This is great and tough for all-year use. To keep it looking the best for the longest, it's still best to dry and pack it away when you're done.

Q:
Do you have this product in a similar size that isn't black on the inside? The black lining makes the water heat up really quickly in the sun.

Search our site for the "Bestway Fill n Fun Odyssey Pool 1.83m x 0.38m" we also sell. It's not able to be packed down, but it's just as rugged and a similar size

Is the MDF board sewn into the side panels. Is there any danger of dog claws going through the bottom with a large Golden Retriever.
A:
The MDF is sewn into the sidewalls, it is made from reinforced PVC for puncture resistance

Hi, what size thread or connector is on the drain hole?
A:
It isn't designed for a hose to be fitted to it. Threaded for its cap.

It isn't designed for a hose but I'm sure something could be DIY'ed for it.

Is this easy to assemble & operate? Just bought a cheaper, different pool from a different company, diagrams are too complicated and it needs the right water pressure etc - I don't have time for that
A:
This is very simple to use, just fold it out, close the drain plug and fill it up with water. It stands up by itself easily once it's around one-third to half full. When you're done just unscrew the drain cap and fold it back up.

Durable, non slip great for my old huntaways and border collie. It's easy for old dogs to get in and out of. Bonus it folds up when not using.

Great product seems pretty durable. Our dog refuses point blank to get in despite loving the plastic shell pools, rivers, ,lakes, and the sea!!. On the other hand my 1 year old granddaughter and I are loving it! Am sure Dougal will get over whatever it is that’s stopping him eventually!

I think this pool is the best one I've ever seen for my golden retriever. I think it's a great size and depth and easy to empty. I love it. Unfortunately my dog doesn't agree. She will step in if I tell her to but doesn't get down in it. Just stands there then gets out.

Great pool for geese

We built a ramp for our 4 geese to get into this pool after they outgrew their clam shells, but they ignore it in favour of catapulting themselves over the edge by their toenails (yes really). It's very tough, standing up to hard wear. It's not easy to empty, but we managed to find a hose that fits the drain. Very nice for them to be able to fully submerge to clean their feathers
