We'd hesitate to say completely mouse proof as there are a couple of small vents up high, but it would take a pretty determined critter to get in. You're not planning on aging your prized cheese in here are you?

Yes it could, however it's not airtight so you need to make sure the dog biscuits or horse feed are closed securely.

Waterproof is a hard thing to define! But this will definitely handle most conditions, if it flooded around this water would get in, but generally it's highly weatherproof. Check out our customer reviews for a better idea of how people are finding them.

Is the material easily paintable? So it can be colour matched to house.

These aren't designed to be painted, so it would be tricky to get a good finish. If this is your aim specifically then we'd suggest looking at the Keter DuoTech models like the Elite Store or the Patio Store, which are designed to be paintable.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT

We now have 3 of these, 2 sitting on the deck in all weather. They are water proof, and also don't seem to sweat - as long as items are dry before the lid is closed. I would recommend.

Exactly as expected. Well made and easy to assemble. Philips screw driver is all you need. Took me a little over 15 minutes. Looks good on the deck under the louvred roof. We use it to store our cushions out of the weather.

Great Boxes

This is the third keter box I have purchased. All are used to store out door furniture covers and cushions. They live outside and are exposed to direct sunlight and frosts over winter. Everything stays dry and in mint condition. One of them has been in Twizel for three years, so that’s real hot temps in summer and weeks in a row of sub zero temps with hoar frosts in winter . Still Rock solid and no issues.

Awesome storage for outdoor furniture cushions

Excellent so far! We are able to store our cushions for a 3 seater couch plus 2 single armchairs as well as 2 single beanbags in this box. We have had atrocious wet weather & they didn’t get wet. Lid needs a clip or lock to keep lid closed in windy conditions
