q: Hi, can I use these internally over pitted aged concrete?
a: Yes should be fine, within reason (ie the pits aren't craters!).

q: How much weight can go on top of these ? You'd be okay having an outdoor lounger on top of it ? Thanks
a: These can take quite a weight especially if spread over a large number of tiles, just no point loads. The lounger should be fine!

q: When installing on a existing wooden deck, do they need or can they be secured in place with screws to minimise movement?
a: Generally they won't need it, however you could add some screws at the edge of your tiled area to hold it, or add some edging strips to stop it moving.

Outdoor ceramic tiles

Great tiles. Non slip coating /surface. Easy to use, lock into each other, no grouting required. Easy to trim and cut with angle grinder . Took a couple hours to install 20m2 deck by myself . Made our grey concrete deck look much nicer and inviting.

We had a few cracked tiles due to damage, were happy to find we could still get them (3 years later) and the colour still matched - so no fading. Easy to install.

Better than I expected.....

Bought one box to take home and examine, lay on our concrete patio, and decide whether they would be suitable for our project. Will now order enough for the whole job, as they will be perfect for starting up our old concrete slab, which has hairline cracks, making it not really suitable for mortared tiles. Non slip surface is good, too.

Hesitant to purchase as a bit skeptical of the tile. But after opening and laying the first lot down I was pretty happy with the purchase. Look better in person and very easy to lay down. Under foot seem strong and steady. Will purchase more

Looks good but

Had an area about 6m x 4m in grass that i thought would look great in tiles. Thought, being tiles they would need some form of base to sit on therefore I got some quarry dust and put a layer over the area. Flattened it off (didn't use a compactor, 1st mistake) and then started to lay the tiles. It great how the tiles clip together but the issue I had was unless you are tiling on a hard surface (flattened quarry dust is not a hard surface)you cannot get the tiles to clip together. Have now concreted the area and found it easier although if your surface isn't completely flat the tiles not sit right, just another trap you first timers. Overall the concept is good and the result will look great. You just need to be very careful with your site preparation.

I covered 3m by 6m using these tiles, cutting them was a breeze using a diamond wheel in my angle grinder. The only thing I disagreed with was the fact it says you don't need grout, they do,so I brushed into the gaps a sand and concrete mix.

Excellent Product

We used the tiles to cover a large area of concrete which we use for outdoor living. Very happy with the result - the tiles are easy to install, and have really freshened up the area. I had to cut a significant number of tiles, and hired a diamond tipped table saw - all worked well.
