You would need two packs. As your area is just over 3m² (your area is 3.42m²) you will have a bit left over to dress up another small area

It will eventually like any outdoor plastics, however these have a high level of UV inhibitors built in so you will get years of use before this is an issue.

These are easy to cut to size and you can use a good strong pair of scissors or cutting pliers. They can also be nailed or stapled to a wooden fence

It's a plastic mesh, so not designed to be seen. This needs to be mounted to something solid.

Yes this can be hung from the ceiling, you can use hot melt glue gun for adhesive.

We purchased this second buxus artificial hedging after the first one looked so good. This one is in 2 squares after the first one was arranged on a separate pool wall in 2 rectangles. They both look great and were straightforward to put on the wall.

This product is well made and looks effective , it is easy maintenance and creates a very lifelike finish to your outdoor area. The instal is straight forward for a handyperson, the biggest challenge is connecting panels together as the poppers are tight, they do supply cable ties to assist with this so not to hard.
