Hi. Can the arms be adjusted to fit a thicker door or frame? Please provide the dimensions of the hooks that sit on top of the door, specifically the maximum thickness they can accommodate.

The arms are not adjustable, and the max door/wall thickness this can work with is 11cm

That's the total length combined of all line on it, not the overall length of the unit - which is 71cm.

Yes it should be fine, the arms will need to be adjusted so the drying rack sits horizontal, however you'll need to cautious of weight.
