Get the most from your outdoor areas whatever the weather, with this beautifully crafted wall mounted patio cover.

Create a sheltered spot next to the pool, add some protection to the barbecue area, turn your deck into an extension of your living room or provide some protection for the kids play area; whatever you need a cover for, this 3m x 3m wall mounted unit is up to the job.

The powder coated aluminium construction is guaranteed to look great for years to come and is designed to stand up to most sheltered New Zealand conditions. The stylish Ironsand finish fits well with most outdoor areas and will definitely have the neighbours asking where you bought it from.

The 8mm twin-wall polycarbonate roof panels are UV stabilised to prevent yellowing and the twin-wall construction gives superior temperature control, keeping things cool in the summer by blocking UV rays, while still allowing plenty of light through. When the weather does turn, the built-in gutters feature hidden outlets through the foot of each pole, letting the water disperse without the need for ugly pipework everywhere.

Installation is straightforward, while maintenance is minimal, leaving you to get on with enjoying maximum time entertaining friends and family, or just watching the world go by from the shady comfort of your new patio cover.

It’s a stylish, sturdy and versatile way to maximise your time spent enjoying your outdoor areas, order yours today.

q: Looks great. I live in a high wind zone. What is the wind rating on this. Cheers John
a: It's not rated for use in high-wind zones.

q: One of the questions asked was what was the pitch of the roof (5 degrees). Is possible to change the angle of the pitch to increase it by screwing it at a different angle?
a: Yes you could add a few degrees. Remember this will effect the distance from the wall the posts are located.

q: I have a timber weatherboard house can mounting bracket be attached directly to weatherboards?
a: Not by itself, the angle would be off, you could use a wedge/packer type solution, but really it is best to use a mounting plank/board that is bolted to the framing that the weatherboards are attached to.

q: Can you modify the width of the unit by cutting back the top horizontal bars and polycarbonate panels ? I’m wanting to cover a 2m wide deck.
a: Yes you could do this.

q: hi, how deep is the rail that attaches to the house? Trying to work out if we can bold directly to the wood under the guttering or if we would need to fit a rail first to attach to. Many thanks.
a: The wall rail dimensions are: L 304cm x D 10.5cm x H 9cm.

a: Being twinwall they are not completely clear, but essentially they are with a slight grey tint.

a: The largest size is 6m, maybe give us a call to talk through your needs?

q: Hi can be this custom made to a 4m x 3m size?
a: No we don't do custom sizing.

q: The dimensions state that it is 2.8m high. Does that mean it can only be mounted to walls that are 2.8m or taller?
a: Yes, unless you wish to shorten the posts. The posts are able to be shortened by cutting them down in length, you would have to re-drill the holes for the screws which attach the foot plate to the legs though. This is kind of modification is not covered in the manual and we recommend making sure that whoever does this work is competent and confident in doing so as we cannot cover this under warranty if mistakes are made.

q: Hi, Can you connect 2 of these together to make 6m long?
a: We actually sell a 6m version, so you're in luck!

a: It slides into the grooves.

q: Would it be possible to attach this to the 3x3 mtr free standing model to increase overall size?
a: We would really recommend using 2 free standing models together if you wanted this result, the overall result would be stronger and much simpler to achieve.

q: Are the uv panels able to open and close? Or do you sell anything like that
a: No these panels are fixed.

q: What cutting tool will i need to reduce the roof paneling,i need to reduce the size overall?
a: A stanley knife would probably be your best option on this twin-wall polycarb.

q: Can you bolt up through the frame to fix it to the soffits? Have metal facia panels and not able to mount to face of it.
a: Not easily, you would likely need L brackets of some sort, mounted through the soffit and into the purloins, then add the patio cover to these. We'd suggesting getting a professional opinion on installation. Feel free to call our sales team on 0800 800 880 for a look at the manual and some more info.

q: Does this product comes in white or any other lighter than iron sand?
a: No, however it would be straightforward to have it painted in the colour you wish before assembly.

q: We live in a very windy area. Will the roof panels be able to withstand high winds please?
a: They're pretty sturdy (check out some of our customer reviews on this and other sizes for an idea) , however they are not designed specifically for what an engineer would classify a high wind zone.

q: Could you mount the wall side to the face of metal guttering? it'll be too low if we mount it below our soffit as the deck is raised. Either that or would you recommend the free standing one as a better option.
a: No that's not something we recommend, yes the free standing one would definitely suit your needs better.

q: Can side curtains be installed on this? Thanks
a: Yes you can, however they are not designed specifically for this, you would need to drill the frame to accept the patio blind top rails.

q: Do you have 3.5m wide x 3m deep? Also are the roof sheets shaded. Does the water drain from the feet? Thank you, jim crain sr.
a: No sorry, we don't have any other sizes available currently, other than the sizes available on our site already. The roof panels are clear but do offer UV protection, And yes there is a gutter system on these which spans the length of the roof and drains internally down through the legs to the ground.

q: Do the front posts have to be mounted at the corners of the front beam? Or can these be positioned along the front beam?
a: The front posts also act as the down pipes for the gutter, so their position is fixed.

q: is it strong enough to have a wisteria growing on it? (without the panels).
a: Absolutely.

q: How is this fixed to the wall? Is it possible to get spouting attached?
a: It bolts to the wall, the type used depends on your house material - masonry, wood etc the set comes with expansion bolts for masonry. The gutter is internal and the spouting exits at the foot of each post.

We are very happy with this product. It was as described. It was actually even better quality than expected. It was fairly easy to put up. Hubbie put it up in about 4 hours total. It looks amazing and is very sturdy. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect solution to shade our patio. It provides plenty of airflow and keeps the interior room much cooler. The roofing allows plenty of light through but stops the heat.

Fantastic product, well built and easy to install. Had to lower the height but this was easily achieved by cutting down the support legs. There are even additional fixings in case you drop one. Looks great against the house and I can now use the BBQ if it rains.

I found this very easy to assemble apart from the end caps that the holes were out . Very pleased with it . Shame the blinds are so costly and not made to size .

Very satisfied with this patio cover

Had to do some cuttings and modifications to make it work as my side yard is not square, narrower and lower. The polycarbonate roof panels are a bit tight to install, Overall the modification is not as straightforward as I thought and took me two days to have it erected otherwise it should be a one day project. The materials used are high quality with enough spare parts just in case. Overall a good product and I am pleased with the outcome.

I was impressed with the quality and design of the Patio Cover. Easy to install with assistance from my wife. Only took a few hours to put up at our beach house. All the fixing components that were included were also high quality and they even supplied some spares. So impressed we are going to buy another one for our city house.

Easy to build

Had to make some adjustments as we have a single story house and had to mount the wall beam on brackets attached to the jack studs and then chop off 300 mm from the front support legs. Not as difficult as it sounds, did it myself with some help from my wife. I would add that we are both in our seventies so the work was spread over a few days. A younger person should be able to erect it in no more than 3 to 4 hours. Just one point the parts diagram could be clearer, as identifying some parts was confusing. looks smart and a better quality than the price would suggest. ps I am not a builder

My builder was amazed at how easy it was to put the patio cover together, and two of them completed it in under two hours. I liked the way it was delivered in two packages and the courier was prompt and obliging. We've now had two days of heavy rain and the patio cover is doing a good job giving cover over the front ranch-slider. It will provide a dry place to store firewood and especially to unload groceries when it's wet.

Very happy with my new deck roof . The instructions were clear and it took 2 blokes about 5 hours to put it up. Its had plenty of rain to test it in the last week and the guttering system seems to work very well. Too easy.

Great product

Really good product matches our roof and windows exactly is really nicely designed and keeps shoes etc dry outside the door. And gives us an area to be outside in the rain that is dry. It is good for the price and does its job. Negatives are water is running up inside the roofing pannels and it was a little lighter than I thought it would be, I will be carefull if it snows. Had to make brackets to mount the upper end of it onto the roof as it was wall mount only should have had both options.
