The integrated crank system allows you to easily and smoothly open or adjust the louvres. Open it right up and enjoy that perfect Kiwi summers day or keep it closed when the weather is changeable - the integrated gutters and internal downpipes make this roof system truly all-weather.

The crisp charcoal powder coat finish and contemporary style blends well with most outdoor areas, while the straightforward instructions make this a great DIY upgrade. The built-in gutters feature hidden outlets through the foot of each pole, letting the water disperse without the need for ugly pipework everywhere.

This kit comes with wall-mounting bracket and 75mm coach screws for mounting on wood, but by swapping out the fastener type you can mount it to almost any load bearing flat surface.

Backed by solid 5 Year Warranty thanks to its strong aluminium frame, louvres and galvanised fittings, you know this roof system is built to last while being easy to clean and maintain.

Each bank of louvres is operated by a separate gear crank system, so you really can tailor the shade to your needs. Keep one half cool and shady, then open the other side to vent the BBQ.

☆ Note on accessory compatibility: Blinds and shutters can only be placed on the front opening of Wall Mounted Louvre Roof Systems due the 3° fall angle of the sides. Both accessories replace the corner bracket during installation. For 4m sides (3.7m post to post), use a single 3.7m blind or up to three 1.23m shutters. See images above for more details.

Hi, the top lip of my outdoor frame is 240cm, so is there any way I'd be able to get this product sitting a little higher to fit? Wood blocks under the legs? Thanks
A:
Most of our customers who have had similar issues have built some raised concrete bases to attach the louvre to. Best to talk to a builder to get this right

Q:
Can you get the wall mount to the 3m side of the gazebo or does it only fix to the 4m side?
A:
As designed this can only be wall-mounted on the 4M side. Please note the 3M sides have a 2-3 deg downward slope

Just to confirm you can only add accessories (eg: mesh blinds etc) to the front of the structure not the sides??
A:
Yes, only the front beam is designed to accommodate the Mesh blinds and shutters, as the side beams have a slight angle downward away from the wall. However, some customers have solved this with custom framing/brackets best to chat with a builder for that

Q:
I have to fix the rear beam to a bevel back weatherboard which is not a flat surface. Would I need toput some splayed packers behind the fixing points of the rear beam ?
A:
Yes, you would need some packers under the fixing points. The rear beam of this Louvre is designed to be mounted to a flat wall.

Can I lower the high by maybe 100mm to make it fit
A:
Possibly, you could cut the bottom of the front legs off to shorten the height. You would then need to make your own way to bolt this down securely and please note this is not covered under the warranty

Checking- With the wall mount louvre system - what is the total height allowance required with the louvres open to clear the eaves ? Thankyou
A:
With the Louvre blades fully open this adds about 10cm to the total height. So on the "wall side" you will need at least 2554mm to fit under the eaves

Q:
Is there a crank point at both ends? Is it, or, are they on the outside of the rails, or on the insides please?
A:
The two crank points for each side are inside of the rails and at one point in the middle, on the wall side of the Louvre.

Q:
Hi, is it possible to mount the louvres at a greater than standard angle? EG mount it higher against the wall (2.6m and have it slope more steeply down to the front?
A:
The corners where the angles change at the front and back do not really have enough room to adjust to accommodate these angles without being modified in some way

3m x 4m Louvre system

We recently purchased the 3m by 4m Louver Roof system On arrival we found this to be well protected on the cardboard box it all arrived in. Once unpacked all pieces were accounted for and the instruction manual was easy to follow. We found this to be relatively easy to assemble with following the step-by-step instructions. We also purchased 3 louver screens for this as well and these were straight forward to put together as well.

Great Pergola

This has made a huge difference to our outside area. Great new place to sit outside, either protected from the sun, ir open louvres for letting the silence in. Solid and easily assembled? Screwed into the concrete. Love it!! Going to buy the sides in time for the winter :)

Great Product Great Price

The kit was undamaged and everything went together well. I did need to make some adjustments due to the wall hung side needing to be positioned lower than planned. But cutting the legs and being able to reuse all of the components was great. No need for any heavy equipment, just a hacksaw, drill, socket set, and Allen keys.

Positive buy , Recommended purchase

Well packaged and labeled. Good price point. Clear instructions ,well labeled for prep and layout. We stuck with the plan as laid out in the instructions. 2 person job started 0900 finished 1315h including water and lunch breaks to assemble in warm weather . Ready to use immediately. We were limited for space ,we had layout assembly space for the pergola . Id say Cardboard and plastic clean up as you go,there's a lot. We had 4 long cartons and plastics for this size pergola. It remains dry under the closed louvres. Since its been erected we've had some big storms and heavy rain. The seating has remained dry under closed louvres, we ve tried it out in the rain comfortably. The wind comes through the open space at the sides as expected ,ours is free standing in the space we have, a slight wind trap in one corner , but we expected that going in. The louvre panels and blinds will reduce any the wind being a nuisance if its windy with food etc on the table.. . We researched quite a few brands before settling on this one . Our friends have decided to purchase after seeing the results. Its a great addition to the outdoor space and we are now looking at adding side louvres and blinds to complete.
