Product overview

Create the stunning, multi-use outdoor area you’ve always wanted with this sleek, architectural louvre roof.

The integrated crank system allows you to easily and smoothly open or adjust the louvres. Open it right up and enjoy that perfect Kiwi summers day or keep it closed when the weather is changeable - the integrated gutters and internal downpipes make this roof system truly all-weather.

The crisp charcoal powder coat finish and contemporary style blends well with most outdoor areas, while the straightforward instructions make this a great DIY upgrade. The built-in gutters feature hidden outlets through the foot of each pole, letting the water disperse without the need for ugly pipework everywhere.

With its strong aluminium frame, louvres and galvanised fittings this roof system is built to last, while being easy to clean and maintain.

Each bank of louvres is operated by a separate gear crank system, so you really can tailor the shade to your needs. Keep one half cool and shady, then open the other side to vent the BBQ.

This amazing value free-standing system is the ideal way to add some architectural style to decks, patios, pool areas or any other area that you want to transform into a stunning outdoor living room.

☆ Note on accessory compatibility: Blinds are compatible with existing 6x4m and 6x3m Louvre Roof Systems on all sides and shutters panels can be positioned anywhere as both these models feature centrally mounted cranks. Both accessories replace the corner bracket during installation. For 3m sides (2.7m post to post), use a single 2.7m blind or up to three 0.9m shutters. Treat 6m long sides as 2 x 3m sides for blinds & shutters. See images above for more details.

Q:
Hi. Do the louvres only open to a maximum standing 90 degrees or can they be cranked open all the way back to 180 degrees when they are closed once again. Like a mini blind in the window can be manually cranked to a full 180 degrees, where the blind is closed once again. Thanks..
A:
The Louvers only open to a maximum standing of 90 degrees, It's a good idea to plan how to position it for the desired amount of sunlight.

Is it possible to shorten the legs by cutting them so it will sit lower?

It is possible to cut these as long as you know what you're doing. It is also recommended to cut new holes to replicate the original drainage holes at the bottom of the post so the water has somewhere to drain.

Good product.

Took a full 8 hour day to get setup. (6x3m) around 2 hours of that was prepping the base. Leveling it etc. No real complaints, be careful with the fixings, not many spare and stainless screws are soft. Having a few power tools makes a big difference More paving to be done. Spent a bit getting it sorted so can pave up to the foot plates.

Best money we have spent on our outdoor living

Absolutely love it. Took 4 hours to put together with 3 of the boys. Solid as, perfect for NZ Summer shade. Not a single regret other than wish we got one sooner!

Resort vibes

This pergola delivers what it promises, shade, crisp lines and adjustablity. The gutters take away the rain effectively. The dark charcoal powdercoat has a nice texture to it. It took two of us most of the day to install as we took our time to get it nice and straight and avoid scratches. The instructions provided were clear. One tip however, loosen the screws that connect the cast aluminium corner brackets to allow you to get the rails inserted and aligned as these are done up tight from the factory and arent lined up yet. Once the rails are in place, then go ahead and tighten them back up again. Makes it heaps easier.

Excellent

Very happy with the product. Other companies charge up to 30k for a similar product but with lights and electric shutters. Do not waste your money. Buy this.
