Product overview

☆ Note on accessory compatibility: Blinds are compatible with this Louvre Roof System on all sides and shutters panels can be positioned anywhere as this model features centrally mounted cranks. Both accessories replace the corner bracket during installation. For 4m sides (3.7m post to post) use a single 3.7m blind or up three 1.23m shutters.. See images above for more details.

Create the stunning, multi-use outdoor area you’ve always wanted with this sleek, architectural louvre roof.

The integrated crank system allows you to easily and smoothly open or adjust the louvres. Open it right up and enjoy that perfect Kiwi summers day or keep it closed when the weather is changeable - the integrated gutters and internal downpipes make this roof system truly all-weather.

The crisp charcoal powder coat finish and contemporary style blends well with most outdoor areas, while the straightforward instructions make this a great DIY upgrade. The built-in gutters feature hidden outlets through the foot of each pole, letting the water disperse without the need for ugly pipework everywhere.

With its strong aluminium frame, louvres and galvanised fittings this roof system is built to last, while being easy to clean and maintain.

Each bank of louvres is operated by a separate gear crank system, so you really can tailor the shade to your needs. Keep one half cool and shady, then open the other side to vent the BBQ.

This amazing value free-standing system is the ideal way to add some architectural style to decks, patios, pool areas or any other area that you want to transform into a stunning outdoor living room.

Q:
Any tips for inserting the square plastic jams into the circular holes in the slats? I can't get even one in, cheers
A:
If you are having trouble with the plastic jams, we recommend placing them in warm water to soften them slightly before installation and helping them in with a rubber mallet too.

Q:
Is installation a matter of concreting in posts?
A:
We recommend that this is bolted to the concrete using the base plates, you could concrete the posts in but please note you would lose some height.

Q:
im looking to install one of these on a concrete patio ive made, how thick a concrete pad would it need to be to be able to bolt on the pergola? its a minimum 50mm thick.
A:
50mm should be ok, obviously the thicker the better but there are 4 fixing holes in each leg. Masonry anchors are essential. For it to operate correctly it has to be level.

Q:
Are the louvres aluminium? When shut is there a guttering system to move water sitting on top of the louvres down one of the support posts or does it just run through between the louvres to your furniture below?
A:
Yes they are, there is an internal guttering system that exits at the foot of the posts - you can see this detail in the pictures.

Great email support and great product

We love our louvre system from trade tested and loved how easy the team made our purchasing and delivery timing easy and suitable for us. The louvre is made out of quality material and holds up well. It was easy for me to install.

Stylish, practical outdoor cover.

For the money my expectations were modest, however I was pleasantly surprised at the quality & robustness of this product. No daggy metal cuts, quality extrusions/powdercoat & exact fit. These are obviously CNC machined. The post & louvre roof structure is extremely straightforward & took me four hours to complete single handed. Nothing is heavy but you’ll need a tall stepladder to rest the horizontal beams on when connecting to the posts if you choose to do this on your own. I bought a couple of shutters which have quite a few components & took another couple of hours (instructions on these are a little Chinglish but easy enough to figure out). I have no complaints & we are very happy with this addition to our barn. Bloody good value for money.

Louvre Roof (white)

I need some shelter but didn't want an umbrella - this is so crisp, clean and looks smart! I had a couple of friends come over, we ordered pizza and assembled - instructions were so easy to follow. I love having the ability to open and close the blades ... it's really provided a great outdoor living area (which is only small).

Louvre Roof Pergola

Quality item, reasonably easy to erect. Some screws had come loose and fallen out of the louvre rails otherwise all good.

Louvre 4x4m

Great customer service. We hired someone to assemble for us.

Great addition to the house

Great quality product. Easily adapted to attach to our house (older build with slight slope to paved area so we had to cut one support down a bit). Really pleased with it.

4x4 Louvre review

Albeit it took 5 lads and 4.5hrs to erect, we love our new louvre system and shade sides. It fits perfectly on our new deck.

Louvre 4 x 4m

Absolutely love our 4 x 4 Louvre roof system. Our outdoor space has become usable, and we are enjoying the last few summer evenings on it. It provides ideal indoor / outdoor flow and couldn't be happier with the additional space. Now for the outdoor furniture **sigh**

Louvre roof gazebo

I cannot say just how awesome this gazebo is...exceeded all our expectations...got a few extra hands to put it up and made it easier but instructions could have used a little more detail for novice builders

I love my new Louvre roof!!! This has added a new room for outdoor living to my home. I have had many friends and family come to enjoy this space with me for BBQs, afternoon teas and evening meals. They have all been wowed by the quality and comfort of this extra space.
