This semi-cassette awning is made from durable 280g/m2 acrylic fabric that is water and dirt-repellent, and blocks 90% of light and 99% of UV rays.
The steel hand crank and retractable arm can be used to quickly adjust the shade desired at any time of day. The powder coated Aluminium frame and arms keep the awning strong, sturdy and corrosion free. This awning includes an attachable valance for a classic look, or leave it off for a crisper modern style.
This cassette unit attaches easily to the wall using the included brackets and heavy duty anchors - an easy install for solid brick/masonry. If installing on weatherboard or timber remember to make sure to secure to a stud or roof joist using coach screws (not included).

CARE GUIDANCE
This awning is designed to withstand wind speeds of force 5 on the Beaufort scale (corresponds to wind resistance class 2) & provides light rain protection, however we highly recommend retracting in any high winds or heavy rain, to avoid bowing or sagging. If you notice heavy rain, retract your awning until it passes, then pull it out again to dry off in the sun. Do not leave the awning retracted for a long period of time when it is wet, otherwise mould and/or spores can form.

Very nice looking awning we yet to have it installed
We are very happy with the awning. It was easy to install and to operate, and looks strong.
This Awning has been a great addition to our BBQ space. It keeps me shaded perfectly while I'm cooking on the BBQ, making the area much more comfortable. When I'm done, it's super easy to retract and store away. The build feels solid, and it looks sleek against the house. Highly recommend for anyone wanting shade without the hassle of a permanent structure. The only personal con I have is the overhang valance. It makes the awning look a little outdated with its design, but we are happy without it installed.
This was replacing a unit that had failed. This is significantly better in construction and the mounting arrangement. Very easy to instal

Very good and pleased with them.
A nice little awning and very good value for the price easy to fit easy to adjust nice having the 45° incline to keep the winter sun out. I would recommend it.

Very good. Easy to install. The 4 stars was because the fringe is scalloped with is dated for the modern homes of today the frill fringe required to hide the workings of the retractable arms. A straight edge would be in keeping with modern build!
I purchased two Retractable Awnings, one 3 metre and one four metre, from Trade Tested. Delivery was excellent, they arrived in three days of me ordering them and they were exactly as shown on their site. The quality of these products is very good

This awning is great. Shade when we need it, fold it away when we want the sun. Had it delivered and found installation was easier than expected.
