This semi-cassette awning is made from durable 280g/m2 acrylic fabric that is water and dirt-repellent, and blocks 90% of light and 99% of UV rays.

The steel hand crank and retractable arm can be used to quickly adjust the shade desired at any time of day. The powder coated Aluminium frame and arms keep the awning strong, sturdy and corrosion free. This awning includes an attachable valance for a classic look, or leave it off for a crisper modern style.

This cassette unit attaches easily to the wall using the included brackets and heavy duty anchors - an easy install for solid brick/masonry. If installing on weatherboard or timber remember to make sure to secure to a stud or roof joist using coach screws (not included).

CARE GUIDANCE
This awning is designed to withstand wind speeds of force 5 on the Beaufort scale (corresponds to wind resistance class 2) & provides light rain protection, however we highly recommend retracting in any high winds or heavy rain, to avoid bowing or sagging. If you notice heavy rain, retract your awning until it passes, then pull it out again to dry off in the sun. Do not leave the awning retracted for a long period of time when it is wet, otherwise mould and/or spores can form.
