Made of 3mm solid polycarbonate plastic, the panel is almost unbreakable. Once it’s up, it’s going to stay up, so it's the perfect option for strong winds, direct sunlight, or even snow. You can even extend the width by joining several units side by side to create a wider canopy.

Hi, can the polycarbonate be cut down in size to narrower width? l need to cover about 2.4mtrs in total and would buy two awnings to cover distance - cutting one or down to give 2.4m. Rgds.
A:
Yes, you can cut the polycarbonate down to size. Please note that you will also need to trim the Aluminium front and rear trims.

Can I put two or even three fixed canopy awing side by side since you don't have any bigger width other than 1.5 meters to accommodate what I needed to achieve. Sorry to say but I have no building experience. Thank you so much and hope to hear from you soon.
A:
Yes you definitely can do that. The frames have a slot on both sides so you can connect multiple sets seamlessly.

Q:
Further to the question regarding adding two units together, do you supply additional infill sheets to make a continuous canopy and if so how much are the additional sheets? Thank you.
A:
This isn't something we can supply. The awnings can be connected because the brackets are slotted on both sides - so if you connected 2 awnings, you would use 3 brackets (with 1 left over), with one being the centre of the canopy with with polycarbonate sheets slotted into either side of it. This makes for a seamless connnection.

The font and rear bar that holds the polycarbonate sheet are both aluminium. The brackets are plastic - heavy-duty resin.

The film side is the uv protected side.

We have a two story home w very low eves on bottom story roof, and not much space between the eve and top of window, are these awnings able to be fitted onto the eves and not the wall over window, also are there bigger sizes?
A:
This is the biggest size, yes you could attach this to the eaves (bargeboard).

These are great/amazing value for money and easy to put up But do read on. This purchase was replacing the originals (5) which had Twinwall not solid perspex sheeting. The Twinwall ones all blew away in the last high wind event. This time I added an aluminum 25x25 bar over the top for added support

Great Product

Does what is says on the box. Good quality construction, and fitment was easy following the instructions. Comes with bolts to mount to concrete/brick - if you're mounting on wood you need to supply your own screws. Looks pretty good and very happy with the outcome. Only note is that the main sheet comes with protective films, an opaque one, and a clear one... I assumed they both needed to be removed - but there were no instructions to confirm this - leaving me wondering if maybe I'd made a mistake and was supposed to leave one of them on?

Straight forward to assemble, maybe a bit fiddly but sound and looks smart. A two-person job to install. Happy with the product and would recommend. Like the idea of being able to concatenate more than one if required.
