The laminated eucalyptus frame looks great, while the tough 190g/m² polyester shade can handle life outdoors in New Zealand.

Does the umbrella need to be secure inside the table advertised or can this be managed independently with a heavy base only as per the one you sell thanks?
A:
This will not need a table to stabilise it provided that the base is heavy enough and provides enough stability.

I'm pleased with this product. It is sturdy, easy to assemble. Take care what umbrella base you purchase. Some won't fit through the hole in the stabliser under the table.

The only thing I didn't think to check for, is ties to stop it flapping when it's not extended. . I can't reach over the table to put on a cover and ties would be such a help. Otherwise pleased so far

Arrived quickly, easy to set up, looks good, I really like the wood framework-pole the central windup mechanism is metal and seems to work well. I guess the test will be how durable it is which is hard to say at this point. I would advise taking it down if very windy.
