Shelter your patio or deck from the elements with this PVC Patio Blind - made of transparent UV treated 0.7mm thick PVC, this blind will protect you and your guests from wind and rain while retaining light and visibility.

Easy to install, this blind features a canvas wrapped galvanised steel top rail and a powder-coated, galvanised steel bottom rail for strength and long life.

Suitable for verandahs, pergolas or balconies etc. Want to join your blinds together? No problem, we have joining zippers available separately for you.

What cleaning products do you recommend that won't adversely affect the UV inhibitors
A:
For cleaning we would recommend a mix of warm water and mild dishwashing liquid. Use a microfiber cloth or non-abrasive sponge to gently remove any debris and then rinse it well.

Does the PVC remain clear I have seen some that have gone milky looking?

These a have a high level of UV inhibitors built in to minimise this.

No sorry, This is only designed to attach to the zippered sides.

With clear plastic does it get hot inside and how much glare do you get?

Yes it will with direct sun, we also sell a tinted version which may suit you needs better.

Can the blind be located within vertical channels so can move up and down and be draught free

We sell an Outdoor Patio Blind Fixing Strip for this purpose, you can purchase these separately on our website.

Can they be joined at a 90 degree angle? ie around a post? Or would you use the joiner to attach them to posts instead of wrapping around?

We would suggest 2 separate sides, it means one side can be taught even if the other is open.

Can it be anchored at the bottom? i

Yes it can, this blind also includes the kit required to do this.

Q:
Does the blind need to be fully extended? Our patio cover is 2200mm high so the will blind will be 200mm to long.
A:
240 includes the flap, which you could trim, so it will fit fine.

Fantastic product that I recommend

There is some measuring and planning that is involved before purchasing this product. However, once it is all set and you have the product it is really amazing to have something covered at a fraction of the cost to other products in the market.

Quality patio blind

This patio blind is great quality and has a nice heavy duty construction. It's very simple and conveniant to roll down on those not so nice days weather wise , and makes our patio a nice spot to sit on any day regardless of the weather. It was simple to install too . Thanks Trade Tested

We've created a new room!

We added these blinds to close in the area under the eves on our deck - it has created the perfect gin room off our kitchen! It took a bit of working out how to configure all the various sizes to get them to all fit. We tried to get the zips to run down the front of the verticle beams but that didn't quite happen, but no matter. We started by centering the first main blind then worked outwards from there. The metal fixings on the end peices work great - spray with silicon spray and they slide in a bit easier. The 2.4m height is to the bottom of the flap. We screwed ours to the underside of the top beam instead of the front, and this has worked well. The end blind we wrapped around the end pole and into the metal strips. Perfect! I used 1.8 + 2.4 + 2.4 +1.8 + one 20cm extender.

We have a new sunroom!

Took a bit of working out how many blinds/connectors etc we required as we needed 5 blinds of different widths to do the length of the space. It all went together perfectly once we got it sorted with the end pieces securing it. Ideally you want a post where the connector zips are. Ours are just off but it works fine.
