Soft plastic ring on the head to protect from damage. If the water flow is to be continuous, you can lock the pulse trigger. Tiring of the hand is thereby prevented.

Not the gun for a hard jet or spray Good for flowers I guess, no pressure really.
Not a great nozzle if you want pressure or force .. in fact the water comes out .. limp ☹️
Nice gentle flow for watering your plants so they aren't being pelted by a jet! (If you prefer more of a jet then the GARDENA CLASSIC MULTI SPRAYER might be a better choice)
