Q:
Hi do you have any playhouse that adults could stand up in?
A:
The Tom has a mezzanine floor, so is a bit higher, but would generally still be a squeeze. How about one of our small log cabins like the Vivian?

Q:
Hi, I am fitting into a tight space. it looks like the floor dimensions are 1.6m x 1.6m so the roof overhang takes it to 1.8m x 1.8m, is that correct?
A:
No it is slightly bigger. The footprint is W 1.8m x D 1.84, the overall size including overhang is W 2.16 x D 1.84. The last image is a diagram or you can download the full manual using the link above.

Q:
Just wondering how weather proof this house is?
A:
Depends how well you build it! The windows are perspex and the door closes, so as long as you put the roof together correctly it'll be super snug. You'll need to paint or seal the wood to make it last - check out our customer photos on this and other models for colour scheme ideas.

Great Playhouse

Overall this is a great playhouse that’s sturdy and well put together, and looks amazing. The kids are loving it. There are a couple of issues we found with the kitset- the flooring nails were too long, and we added additional flooring joists so that an adult can safely walk on it. Other than that the build went smoothly with two novice builders. Recommend purchasing the roofing shingles.

Kids love it.!

Good value playhouse. The playhouse its self took me a day to build and paint by myself and I’m a builder so that should give you an idea of time it takes. It took me another day to build the upper platform. Seems to be watertight so far. And had some strong winds and it’s still around so quality is fairly good too. Kids absolutely love it and can’t get enough of it.

Great play house

We got this kit just before lockdown 2021. It save the sanity of myself and my Son because we built the whole thing together. He wanted a tree house but we didn’t have any suitable trees so the next best thing was to guid on up amongst the trees. It’s on 300mm round H5 posts 2.5m off the ground with an extra balcony, home made spouting and flower garden. Many hours of fun had. We’re working on adding a flying fox next. It’s fairly easy to put together but you do need power tools.

Play House

Good product, but the kit needs a professionalbuilder to assemble kitset. Both, skills and tools. Took us 2 days to put together with 2 people.

Good solid playhouse

Great solid playhouse, we tried to collect this in our Ute, but it is too big and heavy for the cab of a ute FYI to anyone that is wondering. Delivery was good, and the build was fairly easy if you have some building knowledge with pre populated panels mostly. We found it really helps to have a nail gun. I have found the film on the windows almost impossible to remove, and it needs painting with a wood treatment paint asap, or a Weather shield house paint. We also bought two pack of the shingles and definitely recommend them for the roof, as the paper by itself didn't seem as though it would be that waterproof. My kids love to play in it, and it is waterproof so we can store toys etc inside also. Would recommend for kids up to 6 years old, after that they are a bit tall.

Gorgeous Playhouse

We received the playhouse delivery just before Xmas and were very nervous about putting together a flat pack but it was super easy and just looks goregous! One very happy 2 year old! Awesome quality too!

Pops playhouse build

Here is the Felix playhut we erected from your kitset! The photo is of Pop and his little 20 month old Grandson Hudson helping do the build.

Great Playhouse

Very well constructed and easy to build. We built it over the weekend, the size is perfect for kids. We installed solar panel so the house can be lighted up at night. Also put carpet inside of the house for kids to play, as well as a bit of shelves for decoration. Such a fun, we highly recommend this to everyone.

Playhouse

We found this playhouse to be simple to erect with good instructions and the overall finish is looking very good. Just a few things missing but improvised.

Playhouse

The playhouse is cute as! Kids adore it. Got a retired builder friend to assemble it. It went together without a hitch. He just added capping on the corners for extra weather tightness. Also we painted it immediately as it seems to be untreated timber. Visitors admire greatly. Would thoroughly recommend this product.
