Picking up an order in Christchurch

Pick up is also available from our Christchurch Showroom located at 9 Commerce Crescent. These orders are dispatched from our Auckland Warehouse and take 2-4 days to arrive in Christchurch for pick up.

Normal Opening Hours

Christchurch Showroom pickup hours are between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. Pickups are not available on Sundays or public holidays.

How To Order

To place a Christchurch pickup order online, select "Pickup from Christchurch Showroom" in the SHIPPING METHOD section of the checkout. There is no delivery fee for pickup orders.

You can also place your order over the phone with a member of our sales team or in person at our Christchurch Showroom.

Christchurch orders completed online, via phone or in store: orders for in-stock items are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse and will be available for pick up in Christchurch in 2-4 days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup at our Christchurch Showroom.

Important Information

The Christchurch Showroom is not an ordinary retail store. While we have a range of our most popular products on display, most stock is kept in our Auckland warehouse.

Please note not all products are held in stock, so to avoid disappointment, place your order and wait for us to notify you that your order is ready before coming to pickup. If your order is in stock you will be notified straight away.

You will need to bring the order number you are collecting, your drivers licence for identification and if you have pre-paid by credit card you will need to show the physical credit card used for payment. This is a necessary security measure to prevent credit card fraud.

You can pay for your order using EFTPOS or Credit Card when picking up your order.
