Picking up an order in Auckland

You can pick up your order in person from our Auckland Store located at 80 Kahakaha Lane, Māngere, Auckland 2022 (view in Google Maps).

Normal Opening Hours

Auckland Store pickup hours are between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. Pickups are not available on Sundays or public holidays.

How To Order

To place an Auckland pickup order online, select "Pickup from Auckland Store" in the SHIPPING METHOD section of the checkout. There is no delivery fee for pickup orders.

You can also place your order over the phone with a member of our sales team or in person at our Auckland Store.

Auckland orders for in-stock items will be available for immediate collection. Please note orders paid via bank transfer/deposit require up to 24 hours for payment to be allocated to the order.

Important Information

The Trade Tested Auckland Store is not an ordinary retail store. While we have a range of our most popular products on display, most stock is kept in our Auckland warehouse.

Please note not all products are held in stock, so to avoid disappointment, place your order and wait for us to notify you that your order is ready before coming to pickup. If your order is in stock you will be notified straight away.

You will need to bring the order number you are collecting, your drivers licence for identification and if you have pre-paid by credit card you will need to show the physical credit card used for payment. This is a necessary security measure to prevent credit card fraud.

Payment Options

You can pay for your order using EFTPOS or Credit Card when picking up your order.
