If your order has arrived missing cartons, please do not sign for it. If you do, it means you are agreeing to accept the goods as missing.
You must notify us of any missing cartons within 24 hours of delivery and we will advise you on how best to proceed once the missing cartons have been confirmed. We will endeavour to replace cartons where possible.
For fast processing of your missing cartons, please ensure the following:
You retain the original packaging
You accurately advise the cartons you are missing
