If you need to modify an existing order for any reason, please get in touch to let us know. This includes changing your delivery address, adding or removing items, or changing your payment method.
Please note that while we do our best to honour requests to modify an order, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible. In instances where an order has been fully processed and packaged by our team, or where an order has been handed over to the courier, we will not be able to make changes.
If your order has shipped and you need to remove items, you'll need to follow the returns process once your order arrives. Please note your delivery fee will not be refunded. If you need to add delivery instructions or give authority to leave your items, please get in touch with the delivery company directly.
We use Courierpost, Toll, Fliway and Bascik Transport. Shipping prices are shown on product pages and in the checkout.
