How can these kennels be fixed to the ground? We’re in a high wind area so 14kg is at risk of blowing away.

There a some holes around the outside of the base for you to add fixings suitable to your surface.

Are these kennels suitable for very wet & windy weather?
A:
In heavy rain & strong winds you will most likely find this won't be suitable for keeping your dog dry, especially as this is an open front kennel. We suggest covering these with a tarp in the instance of rough weather.

It'll definitely keep him dry, the door opening is 62cm high x 36cm wide - maybe measure him up and see if that will work?

Hi,I have two questions regarding the use of this kennel on a covered deck. Firstly, does it have anywhere to attach a chain to tie the dog up to the kennel? Secondly I wouldn't want our young (large) dog to drag it around. I read one customer mention it has 'tethers' but presume these are for use on grass only?
A:
No this doesn't have chain attachment, it's sturdy but we'd recommend attaching it to something stronger nearby. Yes correct, you can see the pegs in the photos, however you will need to switch these out for something suitable for wood.

You would need to unscrew it, but yes you could, or you can actually pull the floor panel out and do it that way.

Not as great as I had hoped

I didn't think it was all that great. It's not as sturdy as I hoped. It isn't entirely waterproof. It's certainly worth the money compared to other kennels on the market.

A Very Happy Dog

This is our second Fetch Dog Kennel. Last year we bought our new Huntaway puppy, Radar a new Fetch Dog Kennel; Gilbey, our Pembroke Corgi was very disappointed as all he had was an old draughty wooden house. Now, Gilbey is a very happy dog as he has his own warm and dry Fetch Dog Kennel.

Spot On!!!

It's Just what Radar Wanted... Assembly was a bit of a mission on my own as I was too impatient to wait for my partner to come home from work. Radar, although he tried, wasn't much help; not unexpected as he's only 13 weeks old. Just now, the Kennel's a bit too big for him but he'll soon grow into it. Our Corgi, Gilbey, is now much jealous; we might need another Kennel soon [Gilbey's birthday's in February]

Nice looking kennel

Relatively easy to assemble & looks great on our verandah. Wouldn't use in the open as not waterproof without using a sealant and not insulated or very thick. Have added a big cushion and the dog loves it. Perfect shelter under cover.
