We select the best courier or carrier for the size, weight and destination of your order. Shipping prices are shown on the product page and checkout before you make payment.

We carry all items in stock at our Auckland warehouse, unless clearly stated on the product page and checkout. That means we can ensure orders leave our warehouse in less than 24 hours. Shipping time on most North Island orders in 1-2 days and South Island 2-3 days.

Pickup is welcome on most items from our warehouse by Auckland Airport. We'll send pickup instructions once payment is received.

Rural delivery on courier items (less than 30kg) go direct to your door, however Rural Delivery carrier items (over 30kg) go to the nearest depot to ensure we offer market leading shipping prices. See below for depot addresses.
