q: Will this run a 125mm orbital sander?
a: Yes it should be ok (depending on the wattage of the tool), keep in mind the momentary start up draw could be up to 3 times quoted running watts of your tool.

q: Hi, I am not an expert..but we talk in terms of KVAs for output..I am familiar with a number of generators KVAs and know what they can cope with..what KVAs is this?
a: The power factor on these is 0.95, so in terms of kVA it's very close, approx 2.1kVA max.

q: excuse my naivety but are those 2 x 3 pin plug sockets on the front? also does it run on 91 petrol?
a: Yes to both!

q: Will it run a 2kw coffee maker if it is rated only 1600W, not 2000W?
a: No you will most likely need more power, as often the start-up power needed for an appliance exceeds the rated number. The 3200W or 3300W Newman Inverter models might be a better bet, however you will need to confirm the start up requirements of your particular machine to be sure.

q: Is this generator good for running a freezer or a fridge when the power is cut off?
a: It depends on the size, however the start up wattage may be a little too high for this model, the 3200W inverter model would be a better option. However double check your specific fridge/freezer. Feel free to call our sales team for more info.

q: How can fuel consumption be in grams when the fuel is a liquid?
a: Fuel density can be variable, so quoting in grams is more accurate. Density of petrol is generally between 0.71 and 0.77 kg/L, should you wish to do a rough conversion.

Quiet and does the job

Got it as a second generator to backup the more expensive Honda equivalent and it’s just as good for less than half the price. Quiet and powers everything I need. A bit lighter too making it easier to move around.

As promised the generator arrived well packed & in good order. Instructions easy to follow. Oil & fuel amounts were added plus starting instructions followed. No problems in the first start up with the generator running smoothly. As yet to give it a good workout as I am overseas at present. I am very happy with the product so far.
