Construction Points:
A good foundation is the key to guaranteeing the longevity and quality of your cabin. Only a completely level, rectangular foundation and bearers will ensure problem-free installation of the cabin.
The floor must be a minimum of 50mm off the ground, preferably more. The underside of the floorboards and the joists should be painted thoroughly and care taken to ensure enough airflow under the house. We recommend using Malthoid DPC between joists and the ground.
Your chosen site must be levelled and compacted to minimise ‘settling’. We recommend using strip or spot foundations, concrete foundations or pavers or a cast concrete bed.
If unsure consult with, or have the foundation prepared by a specialist.

Good quality timber. Was up with three people in 1 day. 3 days total work to finish up. Instruction manual is fairly average, so there is some guess work on assembly of the door frame etc to get the fit right. I would seek a builders support to get it right. The roofing felt is average quality, will do the job but I will be covering with steel soon as I can imagine it will eventually cause leaks. Overall happy with the quality.
Would have given 5 stars, but there are several things wrong with the instructions, & various issues with directing which nails to use where. Pictures aren't easy to follow & contradict the written instructions to some degree. They are obviously written with different cabins in mind, and they attach the model specific designs at the back. There are several pre-care steps & purchases required if you want to keep the cabin in it's best shape, although putting it up as is would be fine. Moisture barrier to go on the bearings, some 3-in-1 underfloor insulation to go between the joists & flooring for a little added protection/comfort would be recommended. Depending on location, extra protection on the sides, at the bottom of the walls would assist with keeping the wind out. Over all, a good pre-cut building, all went together with only a few points of needing a rubber hammer to ease the parts into place. Once the doors are in place, and parts are nailed / screwed into place, the whole thing tightens up well. Leave the door hinge adjustments until everything else is in place.
Bloody love this was easy to make and looks fabulous.
I bought 2 of these for our beach section , not knowing really how to erect them , I got stuck in and built it in 1 weekend , sealed and painted it the following weekend ... and wow they are amazingly cool rooms . We white washed the inside , sealed the floor .... If you're looking for a sleepout definitely look at these , they are really well designed and with the double glazed bifold doors the value for the cost is exceptional !! If you're looking at a studio , sleepout with a funky style .. get one of these !!
