Yes it is. It is made from stainless steel, to keep it lasting the longest it would be best to have some cover though.

Are these stands universal? Can the fit to any outdoor heater? I have a Instant Heater from the TV Shop & im looking for a really sturdy stand & saw your one. Would it be compatible with your stands?

Basically we haven't tried. But we wouldn't be surprised if it did fit.
