Product overview

Add style and utility to any outdoor space with the premium Palram Martinique 5000 gazebo.

Create a cool oasis on hot summer days, or enjoy your backyard even when the weather turns, this stylish gazebo does it all.

As a worldwide leader in polycarbonate construction Palram know what works best, so the Palermo features 6mm TwinWall virgin polycarbonate panels that are light, strong and virtually unbreakable.

These panels have a unique bronze glazing that transmits natural sunlight on overcast cloudy days and provides plenty of shade on the lazy hazy days of summer. They also provide complete UV blockage and are 100% UV protected, so they won’t discolour, fracture or become brittle over time.

The powder coated aluminium and steel frame resists rust, moss and fungus, making the Martinique practically maintenance free. Hose it down to keep it clean, or just wait for it to rain. Job done.

Assembly requires one friend, but if you can manage that it’s all plain sailing. There are step by step instructions, pre-drilled panels and all screws included, meaning there are no special tools or skills required. Anchoring and foot-pads are included, so the structure can be relocated and anchored to any surface.

With a weatherproofed roof vent, this gazebo is perfect for your BBQ area or as shelter for your spa pool. While the integrated gutters and gutter heads help this gazebo shrug off bad weather.

Whether you want to host a dinner party, or create a cool retreat from the lazy hazy days of summer, the Palermo Martinique is the stylish, quality solution. Order yours today.

q: Can this shelter/shade be anchored entirely to a concrete pad ajar from the house.
a: Yes, it is designed to be free-standing, so this is fine.

q: Can say three sides be added?
a: We don't have any extras for these, but yes you could add your own curtains/blinds or similar pretty easily.

q: My wooden deck-to-eaves gap is 2.6m. Can I cut the poles to fit the roof under the eaves? Is there guttering, and downpipes for rainwater inside the poles? thanks.
a: Yes you could cut the height (keep in mind the gutter height is 2.17m so it depends how much of the roof you want to fit under the eaves, you may not need to cut), no there are downpipes at each corner, you can choose to extend these yourself if you want.

q: Does this require a building consent?
a: This is non-enclosed and under 20m2 so it should be fine, however we always recommend checking with your local council.

q: Is this ok to have in a high wind area? It would be secured to concrete.
a: It is rated up to 90km/h and is very sturdy, however it is not designed for what an engineer would classify as a high wind zone, in fact you may struggle to find a similar product officially rated for up 150km/h.

q: Where is it made? It the roof flat or corrugated? Can it be attached to a deck?
a: This is made in Israel. The roof is flat (the pattern you can see is the TwinWall construction of the polycarbonate) and yes you can definitely attach it to a deck.

q: Hi, Do you have roof brackets to anchor to the house?
a: No this isn't something that is available, although it shouldn't be to hard to find something suitable at any good hardware store.

Best thing we have ever done have so much use for it . Will purchase the plastic blinds for the winter so we can carry on enjoying the outdoors. We would definitely recommend this product.

Very happy with the service and door to door delivery, assembly was easy and did mostly by myself, just follow the step by step instructions It did take me a good two days but worth it, when completed still had the odd screws, bolts left over so plenty of everything would recommend these guys and products.

My hubby and bro in law, knocked it up over two days by following the manual and I also downloaded the step by step guide that has been placed on YouTube, it's really helpful. We now have a wonderful outdoor space (connected to our house and placed on a large wooden deck). The only issues would be the roofing. I actually don't know how good it would be in a hail storm and would imagine it would be easily damaged. I'll have to check the manufacturers warranty to see if this is covered. The other issue is there are no down pipes supplied which you need if joining to a home. Other than that, no issues and I would highly recommend this product.

Great product. Easy to assemble, instructions say up to three men, managed it on my own reasonably easy. Slight defect in one of the roof panels, no problem put it on the unseen side.Once all bolted down its pretty sturdy.

well build and very good quality. all edges are cut proof so your hands are safe. it does need 2 people to assemble and may request a third person a few times. Its a little pricey, otherwise would be a 5 star product.
