Product overview

☆ Note on accessory compatibility: Blinds are compatible with this Louvre Roof System on all sides and shutters panels can be positioned anywhere as this model features centrally mounted cranks. Both accessories replace the corner bracket during installation. For 3m sides (2.7m post to post), use a single 2.7m blind or up to three 0.9m shutters. See images above for more details.

Create the stunning, multi-use outdoor area you’ve always wanted with this sleek, architectural louvre roof.

The integrated crank system allows you to easily and smoothly open or adjust the louvres. Open it right up and enjoy that perfect Kiwi summers day or keep it closed when the weather is changeable - the integrated gutters and internal downpipes make this roof system truly all-weather.

The crisp charcoal powder coat finish and contemporary style blends well with most outdoor areas, while the straightforward instructions make this a great DIY upgrade. The built-in gutters feature hidden outlets through the foot of each pole, letting the water disperse without the need for ugly pipework everywhere.

With its strong aluminium frame, louvres and galvanised fittings this roof system is built to last, while being easy to clean and maintain.

Each bank of louvres is operated by a separate gear crank system, so you really can tailor the shade to your needs. Keep one half cool and shady, then open the other side to vent the BBQ.

This amazing value free-standing system is the ideal way to add some architectural style to decks, patios, pool areas or any other area that you want to transform into a stunning outdoor living room.

Q:
Approximately how long would it take to assemble one of these Louvers? Also is there a way of viewing a pre-assembled one before purchasing?
A:
As long as your area is prepped and you have a couple of capable people it should only take a day. You can see one all built up inside our Auckland Showroom.

Q:
Given that the height of the structure is 2.3m above ground, and that the louvre width is 14.5cm. Does it imply when the louvre is fully open, the total height from top of the opened louvre is 230.0 + 14.5/2 cm or 2.38m?
A:
Close enough - total height with them open is 237cm - the centre pivot of the louvres is not level with very top of the beams, this gives a much sleeker look.

I have concrete base. If rain water is channelled from the louvre roof through the 4 posts, will the rain water go into the concrete or be spilled on to the concrete? Thanks for your answer.

It comes out the side of the post at the feet, you can see the outlet hole in picture 4.

Q:
Hi there what is the purpose of the glass glue please and would it matter if we skipped that stage?
A:
No, it's advised this step should not be skipped, it's very important to the longevity of your louvre. The glass glue is placed in the drain of column and joints of beams to protect it from any leakage.

Just what I needed

Great Quality, Instructions need to be better. We didn't divorce putting it up, so that was a bonus.

Black pergola

We absolutely love our new pergola!! We did quite a bit of research and Trade Tested seemed the best quality, very happy with our decision. We also bought 2 of the blinds which look great and do a great job of giving some shade and privacy. Our only slight niggle is we wish there were more size options for the pergola.

Louvre Roof

An excellent product. Bit of trouble following the instructions to fit the louvers. The little diagrams were very unclear. But once up it looks very good.

Quality Product

It is well designed. Everything is accurately manufactured and finished, and goes together very smoothly. One person working alone can do most of the setting out and pre-assembly, but you definitely need 2 people and a pair of 3-step ladders to complete it. Total time involved was about 6 hours. We're very pleased with our purchase

Really good so far

Hired an expert franchise in Hamilton to erect...took them 2 hours. All bits there. Said they have erected quite a few with no problems. Hopefully louvers etc stay functional after a few years

Gazebo for the spar pool

Installed the gazebo today took about 4 hours for 2 of us to install. It is well built and not too difficult to build. A nice product.

Louvre roof gazebo

We love our louvre gazebo. It was not too difficult to assemble and it feels like we have an extra room outside now. The quality is great to compared to others on the market and we would definitely recommend this to anyone considering buying one
