I was looking for a lawnmower that could handle a rough area instead of using my weed eater all the time. It mostly meets my needs. On the positive, I like the wide cut and it blows the grass out the side well. It starts readily and is quite manouvreable. The clip on plastic side discharge shute though comes off to easily, easily knocked off when morning around a tree or over clumpy grass. So it's been under the mower twice and is destroyed and I have made my own strop to hold the flap open. As the lawn evens out with mowing I would like a new plastic shute, is that possible? I'm satisfied with the mower and will keep using it but I think it is really designed for quite smooth lawns. I'm looking forward to trying it as a mulching mower i.e leaving the flap at the side down. Would I recommend it, unsure, maybe but the review makes me select yes or no
