Q:
Can you put a window intothis
A:
As this is a kitset, this is not designed to come with a window however I am sure you could add one in, it would be best to speak to a builder to see how this could be done.

Q:
Is it possible to reduce the length from 4.6 to say 4 meters? Trim some panels and flashings etc. Or would this be difficult to accomplish and have a good result?
A:
Pretty much anything is possible with the right tools and know-how, but as you say, it would be difficult to get a good end result. If you would like to have a look at the manual feel free to give our sales team a call.

Q:
Just wondering are they waterproof and how solid are they once erected?
A:
It really depends on how well they are assembled! Built on a level, rebated concrete pad or wooden floor kit, with the seams sealed using a neutral cure silicon sealant, they should keep most of the water out and be very solid.

Garden Shed

We had this shed erected by a builder and are pleased with results. He reported it as “difficult to follow instructions especially for any DIY person “ but as he is a professional builder he was able to erect it assisted by his junior helper without too much hassle. We love the colour as it blends in well with our property and there’s plenty of room inside for our tools, garden stuff and rideon lawnmower. We also added guttering to connect to a small water tank for garden water supply

Poor structure

Not good quality. Structurally poor. I had to buy a post to support the beam from sagging. Not ideal. Instruction are really bad and the pictures in the instructions don't help because they are black and white and pixelated. I brought this because I had brought a tradetested shed in the past that was pretty good quality, unfortunately the new shed was a far inferior design.

Great value for the price

This shed is a good size for our storage requirements. It's a kitset so can be a bit fiddly to assembly but that's what you expect when you buy a kitset. Was strong when assembled with no flexing movement which is common in some sheds. Generally, a good product for the price.

Instructions/missing pieces.

This has been a complete nightmare with the instructions that are provided. Theyre hard to understand. Along with the wooden flooring. There wasnt enough screws to anchor the shed down to the wooden floor that i purchased at the same time.

Great Size

Great shed. Took 2 of us 3 days to assemble. The roof sheets was the hardest part to workout. Instruction booklet isn’t great but there are some good short videos on YouTube on the TradeTested page to help, there could be more as they don’t cover everything. I also used some of the review photos to double check some of the instructions I wasn’t sure off. It looks great, holds a lot inside & seems very sturdy so far. Very happy.

Poor Instructions

The shed is reasonable quality but the instructions have a lot to be desired. They are just a series of pictures that don’t show enough detail. I have put a wooden frame up out of 3x2 which has made it a lot more sturdy and made construction much easier.

Workshop disaster- read ALL specs

Shed workshop looked a good buy. Good size and 2.17 high. But that was only under the peak. Didn't see specs on door height or wall height. Have had to put 200x100 sleepers on wooden floor just to stand. The garage would be a better workshop. Recommend to a friend NO. ⭐

Over all price of the shed good, for what you got... Need to check for Rust stains,as some sheeting had Rust. Differently need x2 people,as not a easy one Man job...and someone who has some sort of building experience... My builder friend, expressed the difficulty of the instructions, need too be clearer.Needing tape for the roof,Rivets not enough, Rivets not workable, low grade, bolts, were poor quality, so a alternative was used so,.just a few things...otherwise suits it purpose...
