COVID-19 Updates

We want to reassure you that our number one priority is to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our team members, our customers and communities as COVID-19 continues to develop.

During Alert Level 4, or until we receive further guidance from government, we will only be delivering to those with essential requirements in line with current government guidance. All other orders will be held for dispatch as soon as we are able to resume regular delivery services.

If you have an essential requirement please live chat, call or email us - our staff have been well briefed to follow government guidelines and will confirm if your order meets the criteria to be dispatched immediately.

For essential orders contactless deliveries are now in place, so please specify clear delivery instructions to ensure this can happen simply and easily. Make sure the delivery address is able to receive your order.

Free Shipping Promotion
Order now and we'll deliver for free when shipping restrictions are lifted. This promotion is sitewide and valid until further notice.

Auckland Store / Pickups
Our Auckland Store is now closed until the alert level drops, so collection from our warehouse is not possible.

We are available to provide troubleshooting and product support, including arranging service agents for critical service scenarios. Our email, live chat and phone services are operating as normal with all of our staff working remotely.
