This hot smoker is made from heavy gauge 18/8 stainless steel and built to last. The top compartment contains a stainless steel grate to place your fish over your choice of wood chips. The lower section contains a stainless steel dish to fill with methylated spirits to fuel your smoker.

Thanks to a 0.9mm thick tray, this smoker will keep the cooking temperature low and even. Smouldering smoke filters up through the rack, encircling your fish & smoking it to perfection in as little as 10 minutes.
